Usually when people face an issue that is poor in any sort they are ready to start complaining about it.
Usually when people face an issue that is poor in any sort they are ready to start complaining about it. But I do not consider my self as a complaining or unreasonable person. In this essay I will tell my reasons why I do not complain and that if I have to do so which way I would prefer to do it.
I am not good at explaining my reasoning, so it difficult for me to convince other people with my opinions. Therefore I prefer not to put my self in the position of doing so. But nevertheless there is always something to complain about.
If I have to complain about o product or poor service, for shore I would prefer to complain in writing. Although I think that complaining in person is more affective but I still prefer writing. Because I can take my time to think more on the issue and discuss all my opinions better and read it in another time to be certain that I have not forgotten anything.
Also in my point of view after handing over the plaintive letter, if there is need for more explanation I will still have the opportunity to convince the person in charge, in person. And I think that at this point my chances are more because I will be talking to someone that has read and thought about the points that I have on the subject so it will be a lot easier to convince or be convinced.
In my opinion by writing about a about a product or poor service at first, and then talking about it both persons will have the equal chance to convince each other, and probably they will have the chance of being reasonable. So at the end they will come up with a better solution.
