Some people think that students only have to make priority to academic studies. It is true that there are a lot of subjects which should be learnt, such as math, science, and history. However, I would like to emphasize that exerxise teaches them a key to realize such subjects.
First of all, whenever we do exercise, we always make some images concrete. That is to say, we move our hands, legs, even musckles in the way which we want to by using our minds whether consciously or not. It helps us to learn something. For example, imagine that there is a difficult math question. If you read its answer, isn't that meaningless? It is not until you finish understanding that and rewrite that on white paper without relying on anything that you can say that you learn that.
Secondly, physical exercise is able to be a kind of amusement. Only studying don't make our perspective broder. apart from minds, we should utilize our body.
Finally, at sports we have more opportubities to teach others, or be taught than at academic classes. Output is so often held that we can understand whether we ourselves learn one thing. Only if we study sitting in front of our tables, there is the limitation of output, although input is massive. Though doing sports, teamwork is established, which tells us that teaching each other is the most effective way to study.
