To choose an inexperienced worker with low salary or an experienced worker with high salary is an elusive question for some businessmen. Maybe someone would like to choose the worker with low salary because it could abridge the cost of a company, but in my opinion, I would rather select an experienced worker with high salary.
A skillful worker will never waste time and money. I think a talent worker with various kinds of experiences will always consider about the company, and they use their experiences to work. That can make job be done more quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile it will prevent any failures and spend unnecessary money. In another hand, if you choose an inexperienced worker with low salary. Although you can reduce some money, but you can not prevent any coming trouble. Maybe you would have to pay more than his or her salary.
I think to use an astute worker has another advantage. Because of their full experiences, they will not afraid of facing some problems. Tough tasks will not easily beat them down. They will know how to deal with the problems. Spending more money on using more experienced workers will not be a serious problem, because it will let you do not worry about been corrupt one day.
In conclusion, I think that choosing an experienced worker would be my solution to select a man in my company. Because their full experience will let them solve the problems easily and also enhance the company which means can make me earn more money.
