There are lot of different things that people can do to stay healthy. Some people go to exercise club regularly, and others try to have a good mood everyday. Those are all good things to do. In my experience, I have two major things to do to keep healthy and good fitness.
First of all, I make my life regularly. In order to achieve this goal, I go to bed around ten o`clock every day, and get up at six in the morning. This time schedule is very beneficial for my healthy, since my body gets used to the time to sleep and weak up. Living in a regular pace also makes me energic during day time, and helps me to sleep well at night. That is why I never suffered from sleep disorder. This is one of my secrets to stay healthy.
Secondly, I find regular exercise is very helpful for my health, and make me strong enough to prevent illness. Running, walking and playing tennis are all good exercises to do. Swimming is my favorite sport, and I go to swim once a week. Sport not only makes me healthy, but also helps me to keep fitness. Furthermore, I think it is a good idea to join an exercise club and go there regularly. Unfortunately, as a Grade 12 student, I do not have enough time to join a club.
In short, from my experience, I find that regular time to sleep and get up is a very good way to stay in healthy that I highly recommend to others. Moreover regular exercise is another helpful method to make me healthy and strong.
