The problems that students will face at a new school.
According to my life experiences, schools indeed can help students that are facing problems in a new school. Students may face some problems of their study, interpersonal relationships and life, so that schools can hold some activities or parties to let students feel comfortable in a new study environment. Meanwhile, schools can hold an orientation of study for students to make students understand the guideline of their study. Besides, the teachers of schools can assist students in solving their problems of interpersonal relationships by random assigning groups. I will elaborate these crucial factors in next paragraphs.
First, schools can hold some activities or parties to let students feel comfortable in a new study environment. For instance, when I left my hometown to start my study of graduate school, our school had held some parties to welcome new students then I gradually familiar with my classmates and the study environment. Besides, I had gotten many informations of my new school from our classmates while I joining this party. Thus, holding some activities or parties can make student understand more about their new classmates and study environment.
Second, schools can hold an orientation of study for students to make students understand much more about the guideline of their future study. For instance, I have been to America for studying English and improving my English ability last year. At that time, I also had joined the orientation of study that held by American Language Center in UCLA Extension. Indeed, our teachers had told us all the crucial events and curriculum while we were joining the orientation of study and I definitely got much more information of English study after joining this orientation. Thus, students can familiar with their future study if schools can hold an orientation of study.
Third, teachers in schools can assist students in solving problems of their interpersonal relationships by random assigning groups. For instance, teachers can assigning groups for new students in their classes, and moreover they can assigning groups randomly every week. This manner of assigning groups can make students familiar with their new classmates and it can strengthen the cohesion of their classes. Furthermore, the interpersonal relationships of new students can get much better and better because of the cohesion of their classes. Thus, the teachers of schools can implement random assigning groups every week to prevent students from the problems of interpersonal relationships.
To sum up, according to these crucial projects of solving problems, I urged that schools absolutely can assist their students with their problems by their consummate projects.
