Learning from people has been one of the most important aspect of the human since his first day on earth. Score: 4.5 July 15th, 2016 by findscore.com

Learning from people has been one of the most important aspect of the human since his first day on earth. People have believes according to their own personal pedilections and interests. We can learn much more from the people whose views differ from ours and can get acquainted from other view point. I do not agree with the statement that knowledge can be can be agumented by people sharing similiar beliefs.

When two people sharing polar ideology meet each other they are meant to discuss regarding their beliefs. Moreover, they would share the reason and the explaination behind their view. Which would inturn lead to increment in the logical understanding of the other, also allow him to widen his own perspective and be more tolerant. This exchange of knowledge would lead to higher understanding of the other side of the principle and also allivated understanding of his own side. Such a discussion would be rather more rational if not conclusive.

On the other hand for persons sharing similar viewpoints there is no much supplemental for each others direction of thought to be understood. They share the same idea and are bound to conclude at the same point even if they share different understandings. Hence, none would gather higher logical understandings, nor would they be able to introspect in an unbiased manner. A lucid example being that two man predicting positive stock market movement would have alike explainations for their predictions, while two man having opposite predictions of stock market would have an altogether polar understanding and as result learning for each other.

Though it is not that nothing one can learn nothing new from people of similar views but it is very likely that they would learn less than that from people of opposite views. Sometimes it may be possible that a pedantic persona of one's own view may give to so much to understand which would not be possible in other case but such a senario doesn't happen daily.

On that account we can swiftly conclude that it is easy to acquire knowledge and understanding from a fellow with whom we do not share a common belief. The most fundamental agrument being that as we does not have something in common with the other, the other one has something new for us.
