Some people may argue that workers with much experience are estimated to make more profits than those who are with less experience. However, in considering of recent business situations, if I was an employer, I would seek new persons with less experience. The reason goes as follows.
First of all, business has recently changed to attach less importance to experience. This is largely because new technologies have appeared at industrial markets about three times as fast as once before, which called bog year. In short, the age has change to different situation on business. That particularly, for example, applies to the companies dealing to information technologies. To be specific, new computer languages tend to refresh every three years so that computer programmers have to acquire them. They say that three years are enough time to catch up with workers with high computer skills.
Another reason is that a person with high experience generally has big amounts of fixed ideas. It goes nothing without saying that fixed ideas prevent one from coming up new ideas. For instance, where I live in Japan, many old men could catch up with the companies, which are needed to restruct due to their feeling that they would like to reject to change the way of working. That is the main reason why Japan has been in recession for long time.
A finally factor is the fact that young persons who may be inexperienced have many advantages. In general, an employer can hire young person at a lower salary. Moreover, fresh worker is fairly full of energy and that can make business refreshed and excited.
In conclusion, now is time when experience is not significant factor for business, compared to past year. I believe that inexperienced employees have much more opportunities to gain profits than experienced workers because of mainly three reasons above.
