The issue of whether the old monument and old historic building should be replaced by modern buildings arouses much public controversy among people with different social strata. While some people extol the virtues of old monuments in their city, there are some others holding the view that historic buildings should be destroyed. As far as I am concerned, people should preserve historic building since not only are they emblems of city, but also they give precious lessons.

The issue of differences between generation arouses much public controversy among people with different social strata. While some people appreciate the fact that there is no difference between generation, there are some others holding the view that the significant differences exist over generations. As far as I am concerned, the generation differs from each other in some ways since not only is the culture varied, but also accommodation is changed.

The issue of whether luck plays an imperative role in one's success arouses much public controversy among people with different social strata. While some people admit the fact that luck is the key factor to have a triumph in life, there are some other holding the view that hard-working is the only element that ascribes successful materials. As far as I am concerned, hard working dominate all other factors that express one's succeed since not only is it motivating, but also there are some potent evidence to prove.

Nowadays, some businesses have used many ways to elevate their efficiency. One of the most common ways is hiring employees to hold the population of human resources in a fix number, however they have concerned of employees sloth, as far as I have concerned. Due to this aforementioned, I strongly believe, businesses should not hire their employees for their entire life because of having more occupations for proficient expertise and self-stimulation of employees to avoid laziness.
