Preserving wilderness areas is a good program which nations should consider it completely, but there is a fact that the earth is not particularly for wild life and animals aren't landlords, instead humans have the power to sovereign in different areas of the earth like jungles, mountains or riversides. Hence, preserving wilderness in some extent is good, but it isn't a good program if by this way so many economic probabilities for humans will be lost. Therefore, by paying attention to the fact that the number of people is rising and population is becoming higher we can result that preserving wildernesses in any costs is not a good Idea and nations must enact laws which can protect wilderness, but whenever humans feel that they need these areas then laws should be broken for humans.

The statement which has mentioned that it is impossible to gain a new achievement without considering the past achievements whatever challenge and endeavor it costs is not cohesive comprehensively and needs to be surveyed meticulously to find foibles of its cogency, so my personal view, this statement has deficiencies in persuasion and I disagree with it due to some reasons which will be provided as follow; Always there are some exceptions which can break the law and avoid a law become an axiom. The assumption that acquiring a new achievement without considering the past, whatever it costs is becoming a law in modern society, but some people around the world shown that this law is breakable.

While it may be true that the Mason City government ought to devote more money to riverside recreational facilities, this author's argument does not make a cogent case for increased resources based on river use. It is easy to understand why city residents would want a cleaner river, but this argument is rife with holes and assumptions, and thus, not strong enough to lead to increased funding.

The fact that evaluation of the professors in Omega university by students caused 30% increase in the grades of the students has been related to the lack of good performance of students and their lower chance to acquire a job in comparison to students of Alpha university, but this relationship is not cohesive and needs more evidences to be persuasive. So, there would be some evidences necessary to evaluate the argument of the passage.
