More and more people pay attention to their health, and they do many different things to stay healthy, such as taking vitamins, losing weight, doing some exercise and so on. But I think the most important things to keep healthy are reasonable diet, moderate exercise and good habits.
In modern society, the living condition is much better than before, and we often drink milk and juice, eat eggs and all kinds of meat. Then many people are obesity and have high cholesterol in their bodies, which is a considerable reason of heart diseases and high blood pressure. We will let it lower if we control our diet. We gain the certain calorie everyday, and decrease taking in the fat and sugar, and eat more vegetables and fruits. After some time we will also find that we are slimming and we feel better.
Moderate exercise is necessary to stay healthy. The meaning of the life is movement. It can increase the functions of our hearts. Some exercise can consume energy and lose weight, then we can get good shapes. I have the experience that I felt bad just like illness without exercise for a long time, but after doing some exercise, I was recovery. In addition, exercise can increase the oxygen in our blood.
Good habits are also significant to keep healthy. Everyone knows that both sleeping early and getting up early are benefit for health. Furthermore we should also get rid of harmful habits such as smoking, drinking, and even abusing drugs.
There are many things we can do to keep healthy, but the obvious ones have been presented as above, having reasonable diet, doing moderate exercise and forming good habits.
