If I had 100 dollar I would have spent 90 dollar on advertisment and 10 dollar on the product. A Score: 3 July 18th, 2014 by findscore.com

If I had 100 dollar I would have spent 90 dollar on advertisment and 10 dollar on the product. A famous qoute once given by an american producer which emphesis on how important advertisment is in todays business. Today companies will use various ways to convince people how well their product are in comparison to their competitors. There are various ways to sell a product to its target consumer from showing how well it works to make them imagine themselves using the product. However, producers should not use a method to its extremes that looses its effect.

Firstly, some producers try to sell their products only by showing appealing person to the audiance. However, this might result in a diverse effect. For example compare the ad that tries to show how powerfull a car engine is using a beutiful girl with an ad that use the car in a hard situation like climbing Himalia. Therefore, producers should always think about what purpose of the advertisemnet before creating the ad.

Secondly, producers should never tell lies to their consumers. If they fail to do so the company will gain a reputation for being disrespectful which might always attach to the brand. Tell customers how healthy they would be by showing them a fit gym person eating from a resturant famous for its full fat product can certainly have a diverse effect on the resturant reputation. Therefore, companies and producers should always show respect to their consumers by telling them the truth while trying to promote their own products.

However, some producers belive that showing to their customer their product is used by famous stars like Michle Jordan or Rogger Federrer can gain them reputation. These companies are selling their products through the reputation of others. For example showing the rocket that federrer used in the Australian Open final for advertising the rocket brand has both the effect that the company want to have on the customers while other tennis players will imagine themeselves using the brand for having a better performance. Thus it is a win-win situation for both the company and the customer.

To sum up, companies should work hard on their reputation and products to achieve an acceptable of standard. Then they can gain sell their products to their customers by using famous good looking people in their ads. If companies fail to do so they might receieve a bad reputation as liers that can damage the whole brand.
