It goes without saying that health is the most important thing for each one of us. But how to keep youself healthy? Different people have different idea. Some people like doing exercises, some prefer to balance a nutritious diet, while others rely on dietary supplements and medicines. These are all effective methods to help one stay healthy in some ways. However, from my piont of view, I would rather emphasize a less noticable aspect, the psychological aspect of our human beings as a powerful weapon to protect our health.

The structure of human body is very complex just like a small cosmic. Meanwhile, our mentality and attitude function as same as the weather. It will infulence the entire atmosphere in our bodies. That is why more and more people choose psychological treatments as their saver when there is no feedback from the high-tech medication.

I believe this is very helpful based on some experiences of both my friends and me. I know an aunt who is a colleague of my mother. She suffered from cancer . I felt sorry for her and in my imagine she must be very depressed and waiting for death. But several years later when I met her accidentally, I even cannot believe my eyes. She looked so great and happpy. I was confused untill she told me the magic happened on her. She said that when she was noticed that she got cancer, she felt the whole is broken into pieces. She locked herself in her room for several days. She told me that she can never forget those mirable days. What she should do and how she could manage her limited time? She almost lost all her hopes. But finally she decided to pick up one of her hobbies to kill the time. She like painting and handwriting. At first, she cannot concentrate on that. But each time when she finish something or made a little progress, she felt exciting. With time goes by, she not only published several of her works but also almost foget all of her troubles. And she cried in laugh that she just took an check and it is amazing that all the problems have gone. If I was not told in person, I could never believe this miracle. I think it is just because she moved her concentration from her illness to something interesting and imerged herself in it that helped her fogot all the bad things, rebuilt her hope and mind and finally saved her life.

As for me, the condition of my health also fluctuates according to my mood and attitude. For example, Once after I have broken relationship with a friend. I felt very sad. During that time, it seems everything goes worse. I became thiner and thiner. And there are many pores started to appear on my face. I don`t know why. Fortunely, my friend and I, we finally got toghter again. Suprisingly, all the health problems also dissapeared.

So, if you ask me my idea about how to keep health? My answer is to be mentally heathy and always think things in a active way.
