One chief reason is that movies can give people a very good way of entertainment.I can think of no better illustration than the fact that more and more people choose to spend their spare time in the cinemas.In our city, when a good movie is played up, especially a imported American movie, millions of people go to the cinema.People discuss the main character in office,on street,in bus and almost everywhere.
The above is only part of the important aspects, another reason with equal significance is that movies can give teach people howto behave what they face the same circumstance in the movies. Now, movies are not only a way of entertainment, but also a good example of good behavior. Last year,the movie called "The life without Leifeng" is very impressive to chinese people because Comrade Leifeng has been their action model over a long period od time.
