In China, more and more employers look important at workers` experiences. Most of workers need to have two years experiences or more, or they will not be used. In my opinion, the differences between inexperienced workers and experienced workers are not so significant. In summary, I prefer to choose those inexperienced workers with lower salaries.
First of all, experience cannot tell everything. It is truth that experienced workers have their advantages. However, experienced workers were also inexperienced workers at the beginning. If all the firms only choose those experienced workers, then what could those inexperienced workers do? Who give them opportunities to be trained in firm?
Second, whether a worker is of capability or not is not measured by experience. If experience can explain everythin, the process employees chosen is very simply. We can only see their experiences. Actually, it is impossible. There are many other things which will influence workers` performances, educational level for instance.
Third, the process which workers working for the firm is also the process workers are trained. Workers and firm are interactional. Have experiences or not is not the key point to a firm. At the same time, different firms have different systems. Not all the experiences can be used when workers go to another firm.
I believe that employees will have special feelings to the first firms they attend. As a conclusion, I will choose those inexperienced workers with a lower salaries if I am a employer.
