In Janan, where I live, some people think that groups or organizations are not important to people. However, I believe groups or organizations are important to people for the following reasons.
First of all, organizing groups enables us to get new information form others. To take an example, when I was a freshman of Tokyo University, a national univerisity in Japan, in 2007, I did some assignments with some of my friends. While I taught about the subject that I was good at, my friends taught me about what they knew well, compared to me. Thanks to my friends, I could understand what I could not understand on my own and get information in a lot of research areas. As the example mentioned illustrates, organizing groups enables us to get new information form others.
Second, by organizing groups, we could ask for help to other people and solve our problems. To take an example, when I was a high school student in 2005, I had a problem about a class I took. I could not understand on my own about the subject. Therefore, I ask for help to one of my friends who I alway played and studied with, Mr. Kenji who is intelligent. After I explained about my trouble, he carmly gave me some advices to solve. In addition, not only he gave me some advices, but also he taught me how to solve problems when I had problems and the way of studying. I followed his advices and the way of studying. Then, my grade gradually raised and finally, I could get A grade. Thanks to Kenji who was one of the group member we organized, I could solve my problem and get A grade. If there were no group, I might not have solved my problem and got A grade. As the example above shows, by organizing groups, we could ask for help to other people.
In conclusion, I believe groups or organizations are important to people because by organizing groups, people can get new knowledges from other people and ask for help to others.
