Nowadays, education is an integral part of everyone's life and educator is crucial part of cultivation. It is discussed nowadays that, lecturer should be paid according to how much their learner learn. i disgree with this statement and in the following paragraphs, i will give my reasons to support my opinion.
Firstly, all scholars are different and have different abilities to learn and to understand the given subjects. Some pupils have to spend hours to understand the subjects and the given lecture. At the same time, other eductees need half of that time to understand that given lecture. Secondly, learners have different goals in attending schools. Some scholars want to gain more knowledge and experience which will help them in the future. Others are forced to go to the school by their parents. They do not care about their grades and do not pay much attention in their studies.
On the other side, educators who get high grades from their educatees deserve to be rewarded finacially or in any otherway. The lecturers who get low grades from their pupils should be warned by the managments.This will force trainers to improve their teaching process.The educatees will have the opportunities to have the best educators and get more comprehensive lectures as well as grades.
To sum up, i think that, lecturers should be paid according to the quality of their teaching process and the grades received from the learners.Read more
