government again…

Simply saying, government should find the most efficient use of a particular area, considering avery effecting factor, and it does not matter weather it chose to preserve it in it’s natural state or to develop them.

Undeniably, with the more increasing amount of cars, factories, and people polution has become one of the most significant problems in the world. For example, in big cities, like Moscow, polluted air is the reason why many people try to go out of town for as mach time as they can, because the invironment is so polluted, espessialy near roads, that it is sometimes hard to breath. As a result today, there are many organizations, such as Green Pease, which are fighting for preservation of the nature in it’s natural state, because this areas give as the important ingredient of life – oxigent. And from ecological point of view, it does not matter where exactly those areas are located and how many people have access to them, there existence is crucial for the humanity.

However, with the increasing world’s population, economic problem appears: natural areas have to be used as efficient as possible, depopulated areas have to be developed. But some people might say that there is no better use of wilderness areas than preserving them in their natural state, thus improving invironmental ecology for people. However, this is arguable because, for example, an institute could be build there, which could study problems of improving ecological situation or finding alternative, less polluting anergy sourses. Besides, soon the population of the world will be so big that people would have to inhabit wilderness areas, simply because there will not be free space in developed regions. As a result the wilderness areas would turn into cities with roads, cars, factories and other poluting objects.

Simply saying, government should find the most efficient use of a particular area, considering avery effecting factor, and it does not matter weather it chose to preserve it in it’s natural state or to develop them.
