This arguement concludes that the municipality should build a a plant for burning trash to avoid the serious health threats associated with many landfills,To substantiate the claims ,the author points out that an incinerators can be adopted to produce economic and ecological advantages. However, the line of reasoning is open to doubt in two aspectes.

First of all,the recommendation that municipality should build a plant for burning trashis is unwarranted because it dose not balance the advantages and disadvantages at the same time but only stresses the former.Perhaps the trash plant will ouccupy a great number of land and emit quantites of polluted air and water ,therefore making people unhealthy .Without considering and ruling out the possibility ,it is difficulty to assess the crediblity of this argument.

Furthermore, the argument commits the fallacy of unsufficient condition.Based merely on the fact that the trash plan might generate moderate amounts of electricity and ash residue from some types of trash can be used to condition garden soil, the author claims that An incinerator could offer economic as well as ecological advantages over the typical old-fashioned type of landfill. However ,it is completely there are many other factors that can also result in the economic and ecological adavantages.unless the recommendation provides concrete evidence to demonstrate the credibility of it,it is unfair to reach the conlusion.

In summary, this argument is unconvicing and unfounded because of the lake of many other related information and possibilities.Only if more thorough and validated details can be offerred, the arguer can lend strong support to prevent the argument from undermining.
