Some people argue as if it is a general truth that being wealth is successful. They even think that money is to the people what food is to body. But to be frank, I cannot agree with them. I can say that it is ignorant to say that money is everything. There are numerous reasons why I hold no confidence on them, and I would explore only a few primary ones here.
First of all,I believe that there are a lot of people do not considered people successful only in financial respect. For example, having posted a lot of remarkable articles on famous magazines,my advice professor at university was a prestigious scholar in the world. His success is not depending on how much money he makes but what he has achieved in his researching field.
In addition, some people who give up the chance to earn more money are more respectful and successful. For instance, people who serve for the country, soldiers and polices,do not make a lot of money, but they are the ones who I think of successful, for they have protect you and me.
Finally, those great minds we know in history were not necessarily rich.We know them by their works not by their fortune. For example,we know May Alcott not by how much fortune she had made but by her great work, the little women. Moreover, that a person determines to do something from which people praise him is also a success.
In a word, money is not everything.Never have I judged a person by how much money he earned. We are not able to buy or do some things without money but by which we cannot judge a person.
