There are always two kinds of people in the society, one of which choose to land a job as fast as possible after their graduation, while the other kind tend to wait for an opportunity of a satisifying job. Accordingly, question concerning whether people should take the job once they are afforded with the opportunity has aroused wide discussion. Personally speaking, I prefer to land the most suitable job as best as I can, even if may cost a relatively longer time.
First and foremost, a satisfying job will assist you to promote your working effiency. With an decent job, you will be able to get the pleasure of working in your everyday life, which may help you devote yourself into it. Therefore, you are more likely to comprehand the essence of what you are doing, thus making you work more effiently. For example, if you get a job which matches your interest well, you will be able to focus on the work itself instead of complaining about your mean workmates all day.
Secondly, having a satisfying job also a kind of stability. Since as long as you find the true love, the probability of your attention distracted by others will reduce to a fairly small extent. In other words, undoubtedly, this kind of concentration will help you overcome all those obstacles that you are confronted with in your career and benefit your development enormously. For example, if you choose to be a doctor, which is exactly your dream occupation throughout your life, you will not think of changing it to be a lawyer or so. You will just concentrate on your work, whose benefit will appear itself in the long run.
Last but not least, getting a secure job right away the moment you are furnished with the opportunity may provide you with a stable income in a sense. However, later on you will gradually becoming unsatisfied with the condition, which drives you to swift to another field. What's more, frequent changes will only make all your effort that you devote to the previous job useless, which can be a severe waste of time.
To sum up, given all these advantages and disadvantages, we can safely come to the conclusion that waiting for the right job should be the better choice, which will bless you with both sense of self-achievement and stability.
