bureaucracy and society

The assumption of incresing bureaucracy is seperate citizens and government is a disputed one. On the one hand, bureaucracy can help community about the process of events. On the other hand, it can cause waiting lines , waste of time, etc. However ı firmy agree that bureaucracy cauese a seperation between people and government.

Firstly, household often need a guide especially about legal process. For instance ,most of the people do not know where they should pay their taxes after dead lines or how much penalty do they need to pay for being late, etc. At least in my country this is a prevelant situation. Tax offices are true adresses for the community. Authorities whose working there can help to people

Secondly , we are living in the information century. Hence, in my opinion government authorities should utilize benefits of technology as much as they can. For example, a person can get the information which s/he needs about taxes from the internet ,at least the basic ones ,than going to the tax offices. This means time saving for that person and for the officer. Also technolocy can help to reduce bureaucratic costs which means that creating gain for the government. As well as since comminty know ,not have to wait in long lines they will have positive feelings to their government.

Finally , i therefore belive that, technology advancement can help about bureaucracy like in all other fields.
