loyalty to Organization instesd to some Managers

Loyal Employees contribute the most important attribute in any organization. Ever since somebody join any organization employee loyalty is judged for further promotion and responsibilities. Loyalty factor judges employee-organization integration of mutual value system. Individual judgments of right and wrong come before their loyalty. After all company comes before than any managers and their policies. Because Company’s aim is for well being of all the constituencies of organization.

At workplaces, mangers for their own selfish interest do politics, which sabotage the organization. Their colleagues and subordinate support them not for loyalty but for their own mutual interest. We can’t say they are loyal but yes they are gang members of mafia. Where those who do not work for these groups are called inefficient workers. Being not loyal to these managers would be in best interest of organization.

Loyalty can’t be judged under parameters of mean attitude. Their definition is “ You scratch my back and I’ll yours.” Then concept of right and wrong is used only for their self-interest instead of well being of whole organization. Thus until there is true loyalty for organization employees should be loyal to their managers and policies.
