Outdoor or indoor
I would prefer to be outside for my leisure activities because it makes me less stressed after the weekday works. When I go outside on weekends or holidays, I usually meet my friends to do sports, have good food, and join cultural activities. These activities make more relaxed than being inside. There are mainly three reasons that I feel more relaxed when I meet my friends.
First, talking about what happened at office with my friends releases my stressful feelings which I felt during works. It is not always true what my boss or colleagues say at office and that situation will be very stressful for me. My friends tend to understand my position better than people at office, so it would be a very good time to talk with my friends.
Secondly, having a good food makes people happier since the time with what you like gives us relaxed. Making food at home or friend’s house is not always relaxing because the taste you cook is imaginable and not very satisfactory. Also, you feel sorry if your friends cook for you at friend’s houses. The food at your favorite restaurants is much better than you and your friends cook. With professional skills and services, we can be more relaxed and have more enjoyable time with your friends.
Lastly, the most important thing for going outside is to move your body physically. My work is usually office works and indoor, which means I don’t need to walk or exercise much. On the other hand, if I go outside with my friends during holidays, I need to walk in downtown and even have to do sports such as badminton, jogging and climbing mountains. Physical exercise once a week is much better hobby for your heath than reading a book in your room. Actually, after jogging for thirty minutes, I feel much released than before. That is why I always ask my friends to do something outside.
As you can see above, there are many good results which you can feel after going outside. Outdoor activities are necessary for people since our daily work tends to be indoor such working at office using computers and phones. That is why I prefer to being outside than being indoor during my free time.
