Topic 35 again – live show or TV show
We have several ways to watch a live show. Some people prefer watching a live performance. However, I will choose watching on TV although I am fond of the presence of the real performance. There are three reasons to support my idea.
First of all, I can look out an event from many perspectives at the same time on television. Since the broadcasting companies install a lot of cameras at various vies points, we can always watch the performance from the best place. I would like to mention baseball game as an example. A broadcasting companies set many cameras for the game. Each camera has its own role such as to catch the pitcher, the batter, or the other players. The editors choose the best video each time and send us as a program. Thanks to these systems, we can enjoy both the pitcher’s body and the batter’s body at the same time sitting in front of a television.
Second, the video from TV provides us a view from the best place. Nothing interrupts our sight. At a concert hall or a stadium, somebody in front of us might prevent our view by standing up suddenly. However, since the TV cameras are installed at best places that have no risk of disturbed by something else and their qualities are high enough to take clear images, we can enjoy better view than watching live show from the distant seat.
Third, the video from TV gives us additional information. We can learn fundamental knowledge or interesting interpretation by a commentator. These are very useful in understanding the performance deeper.
In conclusion, watching on TV is a better policy than attending a real show because TV provides us a number of viewpoints, undisturbed sights and useful pieces of information,
