GRE Essay Topic 215 - Present your perspective on the issue below, "While some leaders in government, sports, industry, and other areas attribute their success to a well-developed sense of competition, a society can better prepare its young people for leadership by instilling in them a sense of cooperation."
Leaders should compromise
The writer of the issue states that leaders of different groups in business and politics should compromise with each other instead of doing any thing for victory. Since it could be a really good opinion to handle the world today, it seems that the huge number of people believe in it because of two reasns.
First, people who are in favor of this perspective declare that in this situation, peace will excist in society which it rings lots of advantages by itself. To be more precise, it makes people to be less biased and the rate of violation in socity as a consequence of fighting between people for advocating of their groups will be decreased. Therefore, people coud have a better understanding of each other through listening to the cotrast ideas about something. For example, imagine all people in a country rail against a politician; so, definetly a significant chaos will be happend. Not only that country would have economical problems in this situation, but also there will be no security in such this cndition.
Moreover, it is highly believed that by compromising, truely high rational decsion will be made by leaders. In other words, leaders and even every human can make a grate decision in her or his life if she or he is tranqil. Hence, the convincing measurments which are more ethic and cogent could do for a country. Furthermore, laypersons would be also so perciveaite and try to think conversly and put themselves on the other hand of a issue. Thus, the more people understand each other the more they can improve and make a better decision.
To conclude, according to the points mentioned above, in my opinion, I think leaders should learn to compromise which it helps to have a better society; rether than fighting and do whatever for just gaining victory.
