Education is not just concentrating on academics.

Education is not about just learning the academics or just completing the homework given by the teacher.Education is not just the academics but it also about learning the life values, participating in the sports, cultural activities and many more. Physical activities are more important in life as it helps to be healthier and active. It should be a part of our daily routine. As there is a saying “Health is wealth”, to keep our health condition good we should daily spend some time in the physical activities like sports, exercise.

When it comes to students, it is good that they should concentrate more on academics but giving importance only to the academics is not going to help them. The whole day spending their time on just reading or writing will stress them out, it will make them tired and even they will really get bored of that. So, to come out of that tiredness they need some break in between. The sports helps them to relief. Playing games will make them relief and it also makes their mind free. So that, once they comes back to home after playing, their mind will be fresh and energetic enough to think freely and to concentrate on the academics. Some sports also make them involve in the physical activities so it will help in their physical growth and fitness.

When we say sports it is not only about physical activities. There are some sports they will help children or students to think in different ways. The sports like chess makes them think in different angles , makes them think in all the possible ways they can. It helps in improving their thinking level. If the children or students are really good at some games or sports then let them practice more so that they can be successful in that path. So, the sports are as important as academics. Always we should maintain the good balance between the academics as well as in the sports. Just by sacrificing the sports classes for the sake of academics is really not going to help the students.
