It is a training which open the doors of knowledge for students and let them explore the world themselves. So when each person view the things from its own perspective, they raise new questions and criticizes the thing as they are and question why they cannot be the other way round. It helps every other student to broaden their view, and have a look at the perspective which they might have not considered at first.
In this educational process of findings and learning out, students may conflict with each others over their separate beliefs and different views. They might argue, but this does not mean that they lack the harmony. In educational institutions, students from different backgrounds could be found. In very early ages of a child, when they enter in the educational world of School, it is emphasis to teach them ethics, moral values and Social interaction with their other class fellows. So that they can learn to live in peace and harmony with others despite of having conflicts on many issues.
