Are we custumers so-called God to every sellers or servers? I don`t think so. Then, when persons need to complain about a product or poor service, what should they do? I prefer to complain in person most of the time.
It`s realy a effective way to resolve the problem to complain in person while writhing may take more time. In most cases, i need to resolve the problem in rather a short period of time. For instance, i need the restaurant not to be too slow in serving my dishes. The best way i found is to ask for the attention of the manager and complain to him about the service. I think i can enjoy my dishes soon after that. Such cases is very commen in our daily life — those seems not so important but you may need resolve it as soon as possible, and you can tell who is the person in charge of that in the circumstance so that you can find him and complain to him directly.
On the other hand, i may complain about some product or service that i am not satisfied with to my family, my friends or companions. Persons are apt to notice the commention from the person he or she familiar with rather than the articles in papers so that my complaint may raise their particular attention and help them to avoid risk in the very same cases.
Generally speaking, i do prefer to complain in person than in writing.
