A good supervisor should have varied abilities to manage his employees and to get profit for his company. In my opinion, a good supervisor should have three basic condition, trusting employees, handleable projects ability, and good communication skill.
I think trust employees is the basic manner when he leads people. If the supervisor and employees can believe each other, how they can collaborate. Without belief how a supervisor can release the power for his employees. Also, if he cannot decide any work, how they can do. Trust employees is one of the master quality of a good supervisor.
The other quality of a good supervisor should have is handleable projects ability. A supervisor who should handle the project process is a leader of the team. If he does not have ability to direct the work, the worker will not know how to do and when does the work should be finished. If he cannot run the project well how he can be a leader.
Good communication skill can help the team working more smoothly. Certainly, there exist some misunderstandings between people`s communication. In the event of argument, a supervisor can use his good communication ability to cancel employee`s frictions. Then, people will stay the same goal, and everything must run fast.
The ideal supervisor of my conception, the important qualities should be trust employees, handleable projects ability, and good communication. I believe that if people have those three conditions he or she will be a good supervisor.
